WarmthIn the dark night, weariness lazily flowing with in me.I lean in close to his body,A calmness settles over us.I smile as both of us relax,Nothing but thoughts of the present and future go through my head.No flashed of the cold past,Only the warmth of what is and what could be.I feel his arms around me.My head, laying on his collar bone,His head resting on my own,Our hips and knees pressing against each other. We speak softly to each other as the bus moves along. He twists and gently kisses my cheek.I smile and kiss his in return. His arms tighten around me.And I think to myself-"I never want to let you go..."
